It’s never just a workout. 🧡

AI can create a workout, but it can’t create the community behind it. The high fives, familiar faces, shared victories, and the people who know when to push you and when you just need a little encouragement.

Because real connection, real accountability, and the energy in the room can’t be replaced by technology.

That’s what makes OTF more than a workout. That’s community. 🍊🫶 taken in Orangetheory Fitness Santa Barbara - Goleta by @shannonmarksmith

Just a couple of @lululemon ambassadors out here doing ambassador things 😂🫶🏼 A little movement, a lot of laughs and never taking ourselves too seriously.

When you find an outfit you love, sometimes you just have to dance about it. 💃 Sharing a few of our favorite @lululemon looks that are carrying us through workouts, coffee runs, community events, and everything in between. Which one is your favorite?

✨Lululemon Ambassador✨

I’m beyond excited (and still a little in disbelief) to share that I’ve been asked—and very quickly said YES—to become the @lululemon Train Ambassador for Santa Barbara!

What started as a side hustle—something I simply loved doing—has grown into a purpose that continues to surprise and humble me. Being able to inspire, challenge, and support others as they work toward stronger, healthier, and happier versions of themselves is something I never take for granted.

This journey hasn’t been mine alone. I’m incredibly grateful for my @orangetheorysb family and community, who have lifted me up, believed in me, and made every sweaty session so meaningful. And a huge thank you to the amazing team at the Lululemon Santa Barbara store for your support and trust.

I’m also so excited to share this experience with my friend and colleague @karlynroberts —who will definitely be pushing me to run more and maybe even attempt a TikTok dance or two 😅

Feeling deeply honored, grateful, and so ready for what’s ahead. Let’s go 💫 taken in Santa Barbara, California by @shannonmarksmith

With the craziness of the Holidays upon us - work, shopping, wrapping, parties, kids, and germs (haha) this is a friendly reminder to take time out for YOU.

Get a workout in when you can, allow yourself to rest, and fuel your body so you have the recovery needed to push through the coming weeks.

A big thank you to our friends and the team at @rhw_santabarbara for taking great care of us and providing the tools, hydration, and much needed immunity boost to survive and thrive this season. We can’t wait until next time! taken in Restore Hyper Wellness by @shannonmarksmith
