Here my #vegan #coquito recipe:
❇️1 can of condensed milk and evaporated milk each. @naturescharm
❇️1 can coconut milk (classic)
❇️ 8-9 oz of hazelnut milk @pacificfoods
❇️ 8 oz of Don Q crystal (rum) @donqpr
❇️ lots of cinnamon
❇️ vanilla

✳️Blend and let it rest in the fridge for at least 1 hr. The next day, it taste even better 🤤 . It will thicken while it rests too! Enjoy!

Finally got to make this copy cat of something I tasted at @momsorganicmarket cafeteria 🤫: Southwest roasted potatoes, roasted vegetables, black beans, tempeh bacon, topped with fresh vegan crema, and buffalo sauce. 🟥🟧🟨🟩🟪🟫🟥🟧🟨. 1) Roast potatoes and veggies (red, yellow, green peppers and purple onion) at 425 F. 2) Make beans in the skillet with some chopped purple onion and cilantro, with a bit of oil . 3) make tempeh bacon in the skillet (used no oil) . 4) Serve all the above and top with vegan crema and buffalo sauce . #vegan #veganfood #veganrecipe #veganrecipeshare #comidavegana #comidasaludable #organicfood #plantbased #plantbasedfoods #healthyfood #healthyeating #momsorganicmarket by @shannonrodz
