The Eastern Sierra will always feel like home 🏔️

This trip had a little bit of everything!
Morning coffee from every coffee shop we could find, a five mile Bike ride through the Mammoth Lakes Basin, wandering around June Lake, hiking Convict Lake, Off roading in Alabama Hills and the hot Creek geologic site.
good food, dirt roads, and somehow managing to stick to our tradition…

@shannonvanpelt and I always joke that if our lives weren’t at risk at least once during a trip, we didn’t do it right. 😅 Thankfully, the Eastern Sierra never disappoints.

A few years ago, I proposed to her at Convict Lake, so every time we come back, it feels a little more special. It’s become our favorite place to, explore, and make new memories.

The truck handled every mile like a champ even after I buried the front end in soft sand.

We found a few new favorite spots, and somehow left with an even longer list of places to come back and explore.

Already counting down until the next trip.
