One of the biggest things I bring to a shoot is direction. I’m not going to put you in front of the camera and expect you to magically know what to do. I’ll tell you where to stand, how to move, where to look, what to do with your hands… all of it. And I’m watching the little things the whole time. The angle. The posture. The expression. What feels like YOU. Because great photos aren’t just about the camera. They’re about knowing how to bring someone out in front of it. Nervous? Anxious? Don’t think you take a good picture? ….. come to Momma HMUA: @benebeautyboutique Stylist: @jordananoelle.styling Location: @levelfour.studio by @shannonwillis.ca
Allow me to introduce myself....(cue the Jay Z - PSA) ... My name is Shannon. I’m a professional photographer with over 10 years of experience, capturing images across the GTA. Working with me isn’t just a session—it’s an awesome experience! I deliver high-quality images that you'll be proud to share with the world—just ask my clients! My passion drives me to provide a customized session that you’ll never forget. Luxe, classic, and top-tier imagery is always on the menu. I’m a lover of old school Hip Hop, R&B, Funk, Rock and Soul … with a little bit of country, and my all-time favorite band is a local gem, The Beaches. @bethanyfracassirealestate… wrapped in the beautiful light of @nerastudios. This was such a fun day at the Bubbles & Branding Networking event! HMUA: @mcknightmodemakeup by @shannonwillis.ca
I love working with other creatives and getting to capture them through my own lens. @niceleanorphoto is a motherhood, birth, newborn and family photographer with a beautiful way of capturing emotion and connection. I’m drawn to her darker tones, the warmth in her work and the way she tells a story through her images. She’s also incredibly humble, funny and warm… the kind of person you just love being around. by @shannonwillis.ca
Every author has a thousand pages behind the story. The ideas, the rewrites, the late nights, the words that hit too close to home. And then, finally, letting it all out into the world. Her novel comes out in May 2027. What an incredible accomplishment and an unbelievable story. I can’t wait to read it! Amy 🔥 Soft sheets, dark corners, and a woman who knows exactly who she is. Updated shots of one of my favourite muses. Somehow we continue to elevate the bar! There are so many more shots to share but I just had to post a few. Muse: @theamyelizabeth by @shannonwillis.ca

There’s something about black & white images. The emotion, the mood, the way they strip everything back and make you feel. But finding a signature black & white that feels like me and fits my brand? That’s been harder than I expected. So, same image, two different feels. Are you team colour or black & white? I’d love to know. Tell me in the comments!!! … you know when you meet someone and you just click? That’s us @mcknightmodemakeup We’ve been working together as a creative team for a few years now when I’m north, and honestly, it just works. We get each other, we have fun doing what we do, and the women we work with love her as much as I do. Finding someone you just get creatively is one thing. Finding someone you genuinely love working with and having in your corner? That’s the good stuff. Loved capturing you Jodie! ❤️ You shine. Happy 35th birthday to one of the most incredible people I’ve met. ❤️ I feel so lucky that our paths crossed. We’ve had SO much fun together over the years — the incredible dresses, the suites, the crazy ideas, the laughs and all the amazing shoots. But it’s so much more than the photos. I genuinely adore her and the way she throws herself into life and makes the most of every moment. Her success in life is so inspiring… her story is inspiring. My client, my muse and my friend… you are truly iconic! Happy Birthday, beautiful. ❤️ I can’t wait to see what we do next. 🥂 Cheers to you Steph! @itsxogingy Swipe to see some of my favourite shots we’ve created together. by @shannonwillis.ca
