Being a woman is wild… one week apart. 🙄🫠

If you’ve ever looked in the mirror and thought, “What happened?!” remember, your body is constantly changing. Hormones, your cycle, stress, sleep, inflammation, water retention… it can all show up on your face and body.

It’s normal. It will pass. And yes, it will come back again. 🤷‍♀️

Give yourself grace on the days you don’t feel like yourself. Don’t judge your body by one week or even one day. 🩷

What would I look like at 47 if I had never done aesthetic treatments? 👀

I’m pro-aging, not anti-aging. Aging is inevitable-but prevention and maintenance are a lot easier than repairing years of damage.

For me, aesthetics isn’t about looking younger. It’s about aging well, intentionally, and like myself. 🤍

Some moments just hit different. ⚾️❤️

Experiencing Chase Utley’s Wall of Fame induction at Citizens Bank Park with our Chase was pretty special. 🥹

A 2-hour rain delay, but completely worth the wait to celebrate one of the greatest Phillies of all time-and one of the best eras in Phillies baseball. Those 2000s Phillies years gave us so many memories, and getting to share this one with our Chase made it even more meaningful.

From cheering for Chase Utley then…to sitting beside our own Chase now. ❤️

A night we’ll never forget. Congratulations Chase!!!!🎉⚾️💙❤️🌈

Every laser comes with manufacturer training. But learning how to operate one device is only the beginning.

One of the biggest lessons?

Just because you can perform a treatment the same day doesn’t mean you should.

One of the most important parts of a successful laser treatment happens before the laser is ever turned on. I rarely perform laser treatments on the same day as a consultation because my priority is preparing your skin—not rushing your appointment.

If your skin barrier is compromised, inflamed, dehydrated, or simply not optimized, I’d rather strengthen it first. A healthy skin barrier heals faster, minimizes the risk of unwanted side effects, and gives you the safest, most predictable, and often the best results.

Technology is only as good as the person behind it.

I’ve always believed education shouldn’t stop after a manufacturer certification. That’s why I’m passionate about continuing education, mastering the fundamentals, and helping raise the standard of care in aesthetics.

Because patients deserve providers who understand more than just the settings on the screen. They deserve someone who knows when to treat, when to wait, and why both decisions matter. 🤍

Another incredible weekend of learning at the @aerolase Skin Health Summit. ✨

After 12 years in aesthetics, I’ve learned that no matter how much experience you have, there is always something new to discover. While much of the information reinforced what I’ve learned throughout my career, I also walked away with new insights that will help me better serve my patients at Grace & Glow MD.

Everyone talks about the CO2 treatment… but not enough people talk about the prep.
