🌿Conformity is the jailer of freedom and the enemy of growth.🌿~John F. Kennedy

Thank you🌿 @americanglassguild🌿 for displaying my beautiful glass ♟️ Social Ex Pawn♟️ . Just last year around this time, I was a Glassroots and Petersvalley Fellow. Then I became a teacher assistant/ a teacher teaching glass art . Now here I am displaying my Social Ex Pawn for the second time this year. My first display of my pawn was in March-April from 👀 LooktheGallery. 👀 I also got the chance to see the mosaic that me and my coworkers created for the MLK project, earlier this year. 🤗🙂‍↕️ We did an amazing job 🫶🏾Life is unpredictable because who will know what comes next.

🦆 I made another cute duckie 🤗🦆 My hands are itching to sculpt more with glass 🙂‍↕️ Oh yeah , wanted the yellow to be spread out a bit more but it didn’t work how I expected it😂 Also I’m staring to realize I have a thing with ducks having hats on.

My first glass ornament 🤗 that I ever made. I always wanted to have one since I was younger but couldn’t because my mom didn’t want any to break. This is really symbolic to me ; as in to say I have the power to create the world my younger self and adult self ever want. Just have to believe in myself. I think ornaments making is starting to grow on me. I want to make more.

🫧Also made more stuff, will be posting later on in the week🫧

🫐I wanted to try something a bit different 🤗 I wanted a round bottom of my cup this time. It came out but it wasn’t as round as I wanted it. Still love it though🫶🏾. It’s supposed to be blue and black but obviously the black took over with a hue of blue. 🫐Her name is Vivian 🫐

Working with @Shaonoah on another successful mosaic install at @glassrootsinc in the new flat shop🔥

This piece was created for the Unity Mural at American History High School, made in collaboration with the incredible Rutgers Future Scholars Summer Creators and GlassRoots!

We’ll be sharing the installed piece in its forever home very soon! In the meantime, it’s always fun showing you a behind-the-scenes look at how we put the final works together.

Have a great weekend! ✨

🌱Children of Otherlands🌱 exhibition, that I had showcased my 🌱Celestial Tiara 🌱and 🌱 Rainforest 🌱 quilt that I had created with my lovely hands. I created my Celestial Tiara in 2025 at Peters Valley during my hook making blacksmithing class. My Rainforest quilt was created on 2016 when I was in 8th grade. This was my first hand made quilt that I had created at 14 in my sewing club and also the moment that I realized that wanted to do art a bit more. Thank you🌱 @phoenyxcreations_ @phoenyx__ 🌱 for having me and you’ve did a lovely job curating this whole event. I felt right at home🤗 by @shanoah_artz

🍒 I’m finally able to post my friend charm bracelet. It was a surprise for her and I didn’t want her to know 😌 This is my first 🍓charm bracelet and keychain 🍓that I had made a few months ago. My friend loves berries 🍒 and I’m so glad she loves it.

Almost 😅 missed my other artwork from🌿 The Great gather 🌿. We had 10 prompts and had to make something out of found objects. I’ve chose one and didn’t know what to make. I did had a lot of fuzzy stuff and warmth. So I thought creating a bunny would be cute. Then I didn’t know to do for the eyes, so I thought why not buttons☺️ love how it came out.
