Mannnn my boy has been constantly improving. Since his injury. He suffered a gun shot wound to the head. They said he wouldn't survive. (BUT GOD) It hurts to know your own will try to destroy you. I'm beyond grateful for him and all the progress he's made this far. He started to talk again on Christmas eve.

Nah I ain’t in my feelings just in my thoughts.
I sympathize and have empathy for people who battle with releasing because of what someone will say or think. I know what it’s like trying to keep it all together and still go out and face the world.
It’s not fun or easy but it can get a little lighter just by exercising that one emotion.
Cry, process, analyze then get it done!

Oppressed plus Suppressed causes an eruption and that’s a mess after the fact.

Granted there’s a time a place for everything

Just release it already
Grasp hold of your mental
