Yesterday was an absolute MOVIE!! I am still in awe of what I accomplished within myself. Not only did I train for 5 months, undertake a strict diet, cut off my social life but gained something even greater, a mindset that can’t be taken. I understand what it takes now to go all in and want something so bad. It wasn’t easy, I was pushed and tested, mostly by my coach, but in the end he had a vision that I didn’t know and it was all worth it!!

My coaches and support system like I said is unmatched!! When I say we showed up and showed out, I couldn’t hold back the tears!

Not only did I win 1st Place in Woman’s Bodybuilding but I earned my PRO card as well in my very 1st show! Wow!! I also came in 2nd in Woman’s Physique Open & Novice! Overall amazing day!

This is a thank you to everyone who has reached out, congratulated me, supported me, been there when my energy was low or even just said you got it and to keep going!

I guess this isn’t the end for me!

Okay, I know it’s not quite Scorpio season yet… but it’s coming! ♏️😂 And since it’s officially October 1st, that means it’s officially my BIRTHDAY MONTH! 🎉🍂

As I prepare to step into year 36, I wanted to do something meaningful to celebrate a new year of life and a new season.

So here’s my October commitment:

🔥 30 MINUTES FOR 31 DAYS 🔥
For the next 31 days, I’m committing to at least 30 minutes of intentional movement every single day.

Because whew… this year has taken me THROUGH there! 😂 But this month, I’m taking it back—my movement, my consistency, my energy and my commitment to myself.

And I want y’all to join me! 🙌🏾

Your 30 minutes can be whatever works for YOU—strength training, walking, dancing, cycling, stretching, a fitness class… just MOVE.
