one of last week’s flows 🩵 been gravitating towards lots of lunge variations lately, they’re so fun and versatile! also easy to make challenging by adding more load or pulses by @shapesbychar

got a question from someone on how i get my feet in the straps for hamstring curls on the long box, so here’s how i do it 😌

first wrap the strap ropes twice around the handles. then pull the carriage toward you using the straps, hands resting right at the edge of the box. lay down on your stomach and bring one leg up at a time. your sternum, basically your bra strap line, should end up right at the edge of the box. then loop the straps around your feet one at a time, and if you need extra stability the footbar is right there to help

hope this helps 💌

kneeling arm series using the straps + a light dumbbell for extra spice 🌶️

it’s always fun to add props into reformer work but if doing both feels like too much you can totally skip the weight

save this for your next session 📩
