So, if you didn’t already know, I’m running a half marathon on October 11th 🏃🏾‍♂️ for @m7.educationcharity a wonderful charity ❤️ that raises money to help children who can’t afford to go on school trips.

This will be the first of many things I’ll be doing with them, and I’m really excited to be involved 🙌🏾.

If you could donate, it would genuinely mean a lot and would be hugely appreciated. Every little bit helps ❤️

Back doing what I love to do. 👊🏾

The last 7 weeks have been all about hard graft, consistency and getting myself back to where I need to be. Recovering from hernia surgery hasn’t been straightforward, but every session, every step and every early morning has been worth it.

Still plenty of work to do, but I’m grateful to be back training, pushing myself and doing what I enjoy most.

Onwards and upwards. 💪🏾
