Someplace somewhere some time ago, Team Bacardi asked us to ideate on a two-day festival experience. 2 years and countless hours of sheer hard work later, we finally got to see the Casa Bacardi weekend at the W in Goa come to life! This is what dreams are made of, thank you team @casabacardiin @ashish_2208 @manavigaur96 @abeerrastogi @sameeksha.uniyal and thank you for trusting us to be a part of yours.

How crazy is too crazy?

We took a 12000 sq ft barge, with no event infrastructure and decided to do a fashion show on it - in the middle of a river. The Hooghly in Kolkata to be precise.

The idea to do a fashion show on the river started with @anamika7786 & team @blenderspridefashiontour wanting an iconic location, which led to the idea of the Howrah Bridge/Hooghly river. Along the way we met our equally crazy & passionate friends at @thebargecompany @piyushsinghee
and one thing led to another.

The barge was modified, props and generators were loaded on via cranes, river currents were studied closely and a logistics plan for the books was made to make this happen. A multi day production with 140 crew members, *in the middle of a river*. A fashion show backstage on one boat complete with HMU & changing rooms, a press conference boat, a content studio and an additional barge with all generators loaded - it all sounds insane!

It all came together beautifully on show day as 350 guests sailed to the show venue on the stunning Bengal Paddle and witnessed an iconic @akok.in show.
