50 looks pretty damn good from Paris. 🇫🇷🥂❤️

A week in the City of Love, celebrating my 50th birthday with my favourite person @dkerrx4

We walked the streets of Paris, soaked up the history, marvelled at the art and old churches, and ate a completely unreasonable amount of cheese, bread, frites and croissants. 🥐🍷🧀

Collect moments, stories, laughter, and memories with the people you love.

Here’s to 50 years, a passport full of stamps, and heart full of gratitude. Thank you @dkerrx4 - love you. 😘

Merci, Paris. You were everything. ❤️🇫🇷 by @sharavigeant

Happy 3rd Birthday to my always sweet and sometimes spicy @teeterbulldog . 🩷🎂🐾

I honestly don’t know how one little bulldog can bring this much joy into a life, but somehow you do. Every single day.

You make me laugh, you follow me everywhere, you give me the best side-eye, and you have somehow made yourself the centre of our world. Life is just better with you in it.

I love your funny little personality, your stubbornness, your snuggles, and every single ridiculous thing about you. I didn’t know it was possible to love a dog this much, but here we are.

Three years of Teeter, and I still feel so lucky that you’re mine. ❤️

I love you more than you’ll ever know. 🥹🐶🎉

Rainy skies, cozy nights, mountain views, and the best company. ☔️🏔️ Another amazing trip to Nakusp and @kootenay_lakehouse with @dkerrx4 and @teeterbulldog #143. Some places just keep calling you back. ❤️ by @sharavigeant

Happy Happy 45th Birthday @dkerrx4 - Love You. ❤️ #143 by @sharavigeant

A little impromptu escape to ✨Niagara-on-the-Lake✨ with my favourite person @dkerrx4 #143

Slow mornings, great food, walks through the prettiest streets… and braving the chaos and crowds of Niagara Falls 😂🌊🍷🤍

Sometimes the best weekends are the ones where you unplug, wander, and just enjoy the moment together. (I barely got any photos!). by @sharavigeant

Menopause has been a wild chapter—full of twists, lessons, and constant pivots. But as I head toward 50 later this year, I’m realizing something: I may not be the Shara I was five years ago (or even last year) but I truly love the Shara I am today. Zero fucks. Unapologetic. Content. Free. And oddly enough, I have to thank menopause for that. by @sharavigeant

Who knew a night out at Dan’s Pub for Festivus would turn into 10 years of building a life together?

We’ve been through joy, heartbreak, wins, setbacks, loss, growth, and every version of life in between… and somehow we kept moving forward together.

A decade of learning, unlearning, rebuilding, forgiving, laughing, and loving.

Here’s to 10 years of us — imperfect, resilient, and real.

Cheers to the next chapter. 🥂❤️ Love you @dkerrx4 #143 #festivus by @sharavigeant

2 years ago I picked up @teeterbulldog and I didn’t know just how much I needed her. Thank you so much to the Secret Santa who knew I needed her for my next chapter. So grateful for this little potato tyrant who makes me laugh and be present everyday. Love you Teeter Tot! ❤️ by @sharavigeant

Some places fill your lungs with air and your heart with peace. My perfect birthday week in the most perfect spot — with the one who makes every adventure better. ❤️ Love you @dkerrx4 - love our adventures

@kootenay_lakehouse did not disappoint - it absolute perfection — peaceful, private, and surrounded by unreal lake and mountain views. The perfect mix of luxury and nature — the kind of place you never want to leave. by @sharavigeant

Happy 2nd Birthday to our sweet little potato, Teeter! 🐾🎉 @teeterbulldog

“You make me say, ‘how lucky are we?’ every single day.” 💛

Thanks for the laughs, the cuddles, the chaos, and reminding me to slow down and enjoy the little moments. Here’s to more naps, more adventures, more snacks, and many more years with my favorite smashed potato. 🥔🐶 @dkerrx4 by @sharavigeant

Happy 44th Birthday @dkerrx4 ❤️ My manfriend, my best friend, my love, my everything. Love you #143 by @sharavigeant

My next chapter - digital health. I’m proud to be a full time project manager and fitness content lead for @myvivainc ! Putting my 20+ years of fitness experience and 15+ years of business ownership to use.

Thank you @dkerrx4 for the support the last year as I figured out what I wanted to do after selling my gym. ❤️ #143 by @sharavigeant
