“It really depends on my skin that day. I’m a real less-is-more type of girl. Usually I wear a bit of concealer, brown eyeliner, mascara and some bronzer. I like my blush and lips to be roughly the same shade, so I use the @milk Cooling Water Jelly Tint for that. Then a bit of highlighter and lip gloss.

I’m always looking for new products that aren’t on the boycott list.

I try my best to find out where products come from, what ethical choices the companies behind them make, and whether they align with my values.

Beauty should feel good. Not just on my skin, but in my conscience too.”

I’ve never had worse skin + eczema + post inflammatory HYPOpigmentation than when I moved to London. Shea butter has been the only thing that’s helped calm flare ups!

It’s Human Rights Day!!

Lowk proud of what @hotpeoplecareabout has become in just a few months. We’ve raised £3,973 (and counting) and shipped tees to hotties in 24 countries.

So happy to have supported @rohingyawomencollaborative, @habobas.house and now @yallaforsudan. And have so many fun things in the works for next year.

Impact group chat update 🏳️‍⚧️❤️

We’re so happy to share that we raised €2,100 for @transunitedeurope_.

Thanks to everyone who bought our @hotpeoplecareabout x @SEEYOUSIOE x @red.thepeople #WorldPride drop.

We are honestly so moved and excited by the response to the tee, especially after meeting many of you at the Amsterdam Trans Market during Pride, that we decided to donate 100% of the profits.

Our advocacy doesn’t stop with a tee. We have to keep showing up. Listening, learning and supporting with respect and solidarity.

The tees are sold out for now, but we’ll be running another drop SOON and continuing to raise funds for Trans United Europe. by @shardae_so
