Handsfree equalization may be some kind of magical skill possessed by a select few but that doesn’t mean the rest of us can’t find a way to perform it through concentrated practice and a well-structured system. Through the Fly course (after having completed the Coordination course) you can practice specific skills and create your own combination that can lead you to a motor pressure handsfree equalization. 😊 #equalization #handsfreedriving #freeflowgr #freediving #sharequalization by @sharequalization
🌊 by @sharequalization

You don’t need a pool or depth to learn how to perform equalization. You just need awareness, curiosity, and someone who helps you listen to what happens inside you. Today, all it takes is a phone, a connection, and the will to understand. Equalization can be studied anywhere: on the sea, among the waves, or in the silence of a room. Because when you have the right guide, every place becomes a school. 📸 @davide_gianz #shareequalization #freediving #apneatraining #Equalization #learneverywhere by @sharequalization

⁣⁣Every system grows, evolves, and refines itself. Share Equalization is no exception. In the last months, we’ve been working on a major educational upgrade: 52 new exercises designed to make the Start and Deep courses even more effective, progressive, and measurable. A project born from the analysis of thousands of videos, feedback, and practical sessions, to deliver an equalization path that is increasingly precise and focused on motor awareness. In these weeks, all our active instructors are undergoing the upgrade process, getting ready to deliver the new Share 2.0 courses starting from January 2026. A step forward for those who teach, a quality leap for those who learn. #equalization #freediving #apnea #education #upgrade #motorawareness #frenzel #apneatraining by @sharequalization

🇮🇹 ⬇️⁣If your equalization only works head up… 🤷‍♂️ …it’s not a depth problem. It’s a technique issue. 🧠 Mastering Frenzel starts out of the water 🏠💨 That’s why dry training isn’t optional — it’s essential. ✅ In the Start course, you’ll develop awareness and control of the key structures: glottis, tongue, and soft palate 👅🫁 Step by step, you’ll build the foundation to equalize head down, safely and effectively. ⬇🤿 Train smart. Learn dry. Then bring your skills into the water with intention. Impara a secco. Poi porta le tue abilità in acqua con consapevolezza. 🌊🎯 📸@deepaltitudes # #shareequalization #corsostart #técnicafrenzel #compensazione #allenamentoasecco #apnea #EducazioneApnea #compensazione #AllenaFuoriTuffatiMeglio #ControlloGlottide #ConsapevolezzaLingua by @sharequalization

🇮🇹⬇️💡 We’ve combined dry exercises and in-water practice into clear, progressive, and functional online courses. This is how Share 2.0 was born — a new generation of training designed to truly develop your equalization. 🎯 The new courses are: ▪️ Start 2.0 – to overcome difficulties in the first meters ▪️ Deep 2.0 – to approach depth with method and control ▪️ Fly – to learn how to equalize hands-free ▪️ Coordination – to enhance perception and control of instinctive movements Start 2.0 and Deep 2.0 will replace the current programs, while Fly and Coordination are completely new. 📲 Follow us — we’ll be sharing more details very soon! 💡 Abbiamo unito esercizi a secco e pratica in acqua in percorsi online chiari, progressivi e funzionali.
