I just love when a piece of clothing gives me that dopamine hit and @purejoypjs does that so effortlessly 💤🥹💛

6 months of consistency. I’ve been alternating between mat and reformer pilates and I can definitely feel like my body is thanking me for it 👊🏽

I’m not as sore as I used to be. I can now twist and bend and stretch in ways I never thought I’d ever be able to and what a feeling! So grateful to be on this wellness journey. Here’s to many more consistent, hardworking and rewarding days ahead 🤌🏽✨♥️

Sometimes, healing looks like slowing down. 🤍✨

A room full of women, a little glitter, a lot of laughter, and the freedom to be playful again.

At Three Hearts Studio, we got to find our whimsy — bedazzling canvases, coffee cups and lip glosses, and for a few beautiful hours, simply letting ourselves play. 🎀✨

In a time when the world can feel so heavy, moments like these feel extra special. A reminder that we’re allowed to rest. To create. To laugh. To be soft. To reconnect with the little girl inside us who just wanted to make everything sparkly. 🥹💗
