Remember when you could get through the day without feeling like you needed a nap, a vacation or a whole new personality? 😂 Then midlife showed up. The brain fog. The mood swings. The afternoon slump. Feeling like you’ve lost a little of your sparkle. If you’re nodding your head, I SEE YOU. ❤️ That’s why Happy Juice became one of my favorite parts of my daily wellness routine. You’re allowed to want more You can be grateful AND want more. You can love your family and want more freedom. Have a successful career and want another income stream. Be proud of the life you built and still want to change it. Be 40, 50 or 60 and decide you’re not even close to finished. Wanting more doesn’t mean what you have isn’t enough. Sometimes it just means you finally have enough space to ask what YOU want. If this resonates hit follow. Well… this wasn’t on my 2026 bingo card. 😳 Turns out the knee pain I’ve been dealing with is more than just a cranky knee. I have a fracture in my femur. So right now I’m learning a whole new level of listening to my body, slowing down when I need to, and giving it the support it needs. And funny enough, it’s made me even more grateful for some of the simple things I was already doing consistently. Protein. Collagen. Hydration. And apparently… REST. Which is definitely not my spiritual gift. 😂 Also, in case you missed this plot twist in my life… I’m basically a collagen dealer again. 😂 I found one I genuinely love, use every day, and feel really good about recommending. So if collagen has been on your “I should probably start taking that” list, I can help you figure out what to look for and whether mine might be a good fit. For now, though, I’ll be over here trying to convince myself that sitting still is productive. 😬 Anyone else terrible at resting when your body tells you to slow down? by @sharing.shem

Mammas who are sending their kids off for college, work, missions, etc. I feel you. I know this boy is going to have an incredible chapter because I know him. He’s smart, capable, and ambitious.
