Day 322 of my cancer journey.
In January, I was told I had Stage 2 lymphoma.
The doctor looked at me gently and said I might only have six months left. In that moment, the world felt strangely quiet yet my heart did not collapse. Maybe it’s because I’ve already watched both my parents fight their own battles with cancer and lost them far too soon. The months that followed were some of the hardest days of my life.
I completed 6 cycles of RCHOP and 2 additional treatments with HD MTX. My hair fell, but that was the smallest loss. What broke me were the nights I couldn’t sleep at all, the tingling numbness in my hands and feet, the disappearance of taste a reminder every day that even the smallest joys could be taken away without warning.
There were moments when I fainted at home, lying on the floor, unable to move. And in those fragile seconds, I felt how incredibly thin the line between living and leaving truly is. Those moments changed me they made every breath, every sunrise, feel like a miracle. Every night before closing my eyes, I whispered:
“If I get to wake up tomorrow, that is the greatest gift life can give me.” And each morning I opened my eyes… I felt grateful just to still be here.
I wouldn’t have made it through without the love surrounding me my family, my friends, and the medical team. Because of them, I survived some of the darkest days of my life.
To everyone fighting cancer right now:
please, hold on. Even on the nights when it hurts so much you don’t know how to breathe. Even when your body feels foreign and your heart feels tired. Don’t let go. Don’t give up on yourself. Your life is worth fighting for. And I want you to remember this, you are not alone. I am walking this road with you. And together, we will get through this. 🫶 抗癌的第322天，1月份我确诊了第二期淋巴癌。医生说我只剩下半年的寿命，我得知这个消息后并没有很惊慌！因为我的父母也是得癌症而失去珍贵的生命。我一直告诉自己要变得更加坚强和勇敢面对一切未知生死的挑战。难熬的日子，终于完成了6次的化疗(RCHOP) 和2次额外的治疗(HD MTX) 在化疗期间除了掉发之外，最难受的是我有严重的失眠，手脚发麻和失去了味觉。这段时间我在家中晕倒了好几次，让我深深的体会到生死之间是一线之差。为了克服自己… 每天保持乐观的心态去面对，睡觉前我会告诉自己明天早上起来还活着就是最棒的礼物 💝 很感恩我还活着，同时也要感谢一直陪伴我的家人，朋友和医护人员的关怀和照顾下终于挨过这段痛苦的经历与病魔搏斗中度过漫长时光… 真的很感恩。希望抗癌中的朋友们不要轻易放弃治疗，为自己加油打气努力活着。我想让你知道… 你并不孤单，我们会一起度过这个难关 🫶 by @sharon_1724

For the past few days, I’ve been filled with anxiety and nervousness… The PET scan results are in, and I’ve beaten cancer! My body has returned to good health. I’m truly grateful to be alive and to embrace a wonderful new chapter in my life.
I also want to thank everyone for the selfless love, prayers, blessings, and encouragement you’ve given me throughout my journey fighting cancer.
To all my brave fellow cancer patients, please don’t give up on treatment easily. Fight for yourselves and strive to live your best life.

前几天都是带着忐忑不安的心情，好紧张… PET 扫描结果出来了，我战胜了癌症！身体恢复健康的状态。真的很感恩我还活着, 从新迎接美好的新生命。
同时也要感谢大家在这段抗癌路程中给我无私的爱，祈祷、祝福和鼓励。坚强的癌友们请不要轻易放弃治疗，要为自己而战努力好好活着。
