We’ll this is fun! I entered my chili into a Chili Cook Off at our church last night, and I won! This is my 2nd win with this recipe which I created. My first win was at Denver Seminary. Yay!! by @sharongipe

In January Randy and I and our good friends, Tim and Anna, were in Lahaina and took a picture under the gorgeous 150 year old Banyan tree that takes up a whole block in the town. Today we learned that this tree and much of the town of Lahaina is gone due to a wild fire. We are so sad, and are praying for all the people of Maui who have lost everything in this tragic fire. We especially are praying for families who have loved ones who have died in this fire. 💞🥲🙏 by @sharongipe

Palm Sunday - a mixture of beauty and pain as our benevolent King Jesus rode into town on a donkey while being worshipped, and yet knowing the agony he faced to set us free. My cactus is a symbol to me of His beauty, knowing the crown of thorns would be only a few days away. Thank you Jesus. You are more than beautiful; you are my Savior and King. by @sharongipe

I had the huge privilege of going to Luke Air Force Base today and seeing the F35 and other Fighter Jets up close. It was so exciting to be there! These jets fly over the campus where I work several times a day and I love it!!
For the flyover during the Super Bowl on Sunday, the 4 jets will be flown by 4 women pilots. The woman sitting by the cockpit in this picture is one of the 4 who will be flying on Sunday. So. Very. Cool!! by @sharongipe
