The magic of life lives in the little moments, the ones that seem simple, yet hold incredible depth. The moments found in stillness, in silence, and in the quiet presence of simply being.

We can learn from anything when we pause. The more I slow down, the more I notice. The more I notice, the more present I become with life.

Today, a little green lizard reminded me of that. It reminded me that wisdom isn’t always found in grand experiences. Sometimes it arrives in the smallest encounters, gently revealing that we are all connected, and we are all part of the same living whole.

I can’t even begin to explain the joy I feel to have reconnected with yoga.

It feels like yoga and I went through the worst breakup. For a while, I drifted so far away from something that once felt like home. I thought I had lost it, or maybe that it had lost me.

But stepping back onto my mat, I find myself tearing up. It’s like embracing an old friend who never stopped waiting for me. The practice is still here. The love is still here. I am

Yoga has reminded me that no matter how lost I feel, I can always come home to my mat. My body remembers. My breath remembers. We seriously had so much fun taking these photos. It was such a beautiful experience. I kept looking around and saying, “I feel like we’re on a different planet.” 🤍

And yes, the dress was incredibly heavy and definitely not the easiest to walk around in, but every second was worth it. These are the kinds of memories I’ll treasure forever, and I already can’t wait to show our kids these photos one day.
