Tonight was Arthur Silverstein’s last class teaching cycle at EOS Blue Diamond.
I am so Blessed to have taken your cycle classes this year.
You have motivated and pushed us and taught us that we can ‘cycle’ our way through class and come off those bikes feeling fantastic!
I wish you such success in your new chapter of life Arthur!
Seattle is so lucky to be getting someone like you.
Please do not forget about us and check on us when you visit Las Vegas.
We will be waiting! taken in EōS Fitness by @sharonwillcox

I am sharing a little about Oliver...just in case anyone is hungry!
I discovered that he may become a Baker ‘Win’ he grows up.
He has been practicing his ‘Bake Me A Cake’ baking skills!
Grandma will open his first “Oliver’s I Can Bake Anything” Bakery!
I will be his taste-tester so you will be seeing me in all classes of the gym preparing for my new job! 🧁🍪🍩🍰🍨 taken in Somerset Hills Park by @sharonwillcox

These 4 shirts are 36 years old and still worn by me.
Although my aerobics instructor, Betty Lee Moir (whose birthday is today) is in Heaven, I still have her shirts from the good old days!
I’m just showing you that you are in my thoughts Betty! by @sharonwillcox
