She took everything that I had been asking for and gave it to him. I asked her why we bought the house after she had already been cheating on me for a year at that point and I had even told her in December of 2025, 1 month before we bought the house that I was anxious about it because my ex had cheated and wanted a divorce 3 days after we bought a home while I was deployed… I told her, “I know it’s not rational. I know it’s not reasonable. I know you would never do this to me. I know you would never cheat and I trust you implicitly… She looked at me, walked across the bathroom, hugged me, kissed me on the lips while she had her arms wrapped around me and looked into my eyes and said, “Baby, I would never do that to you, I would never cheat on you. I know how much that hurt you and I would never do that to you.” I literally bought the house because of that promise. I would never have purchased the house with her if I’d have known what she was up to. Incredible. by @shatteredmanstudios
