On a 10 ANS 🥳
We turn 10 YEARS old 🥳
!!!

Cette semaine marque nos 10 ans d’ouverture! 10 years of coffee, 7 days a week serving Shaughnessy Village. We can only give a heartfelt and very loud thank you to all our customers and staff, our amazing regulars, our suppliers and the whole neighbourhood. Merci pour tout votre soutien à travers les années. Thank you for making us your go-to shop and trusting us with your daily coffee. MERCI!!

In the coming weeks we will have a few fun releases of beautiful coffees, some merch items, maybe a wine night, so stay tuned! On vous tient au courant pour tout ça!

Voici nos trois cafés maison du moment! On a accès à ces magnifiques cafés grâce à notre collaboration avec @semillacoffee , leur engagement auprès des producteurs et leur mission est top et c’est ce qu’on veut mettre de l’avant et vous servir.

1. Served at the shop as our main espresso, we have a medium light, washed field blend of Pluma and bourbon varietals from Oaxaca Mexico. This coffee is produced by the Zapotec de Loxicha community and roasted not too dark, not too light, perfect for your daily cup.

2. Next is our “café spécial du moment”! We have been serving it on cold brew all summer, a light roast, super sweet, floral and delicious washed Gesha from the farm of @oscarivanhoyos in San Agustin Colombia, brought to you in collaboration with the great people at the @monkaaba project. Top notch.

3. For all you decaf drinkers out there, that’s what you’ve been drinking at the shop! This decaf coffee is from a community of small producers in Honduras, a washed field blend, swiss water process, roasted on the medium side with notes of chocolate, almond and caramel.

We just received some fresh @seycoffee and are so stoked to be able to brew and serve the absolutely delicious coffee menu they consistently put forward. We are grateful to be able to have them on bar at the cafe and hope you have the chance to come taste their truly amazing rotation! We’ll be serving two washed ethiopian coffees, one from the beloved Danche site and a first appearance at the shop from producer Boneya Robe.
