FALL WINTER ISSUE 2026.
METALHEAD BY SHAWN IK

In this inanimate editorial,I use an object (tripod stand) to portray an indestructible,high intelligence dog like apex predator featured in a black mirror series called “METALHEAD”. A really vile film shot in “Black and white” with no survivor, it is one of,if not the most tragic episode in the series.

THE NIHILIST BY SHAWN IK

In this inanimate editorial I use an object (jet lighter) to portray an individual who lives the life of a nihilist in a battle with his inner demons,he is conflicted with the thoughts of suicide. He contemplates leaving this reality between the options of hanging himself or by jumping off a cliff,a limited choice of either pain or more pain.
