“Shockingly my twins turned six last month and while that’s still little, it also feels incredibly old. They are more independent than ever and while it pains me so, it also feels like I have a little more permission (say little more time) to carve our some independence for myself. After metaphorically (and physically in some ways?) hanging up my barre shoes last July (I taught barre fitness classes for over a decade) when my beloved studio was sold, as well as letting my style blog expire after months of feeling uninspired, I have been searching for a new hobby of sorts that extends beyond the joys and monotony of motherhood.So naturally I thought about starting a podcast since the world needs more of those, right? But most of my @bravotv takes already align with some of my favorite and most popular content creators, so I went with the second most zeitgeist-y form of media consumption: substack.”Surprise! SIX. How is that even possible? It went by in a crawl and in a flash. You were born on a Friday and this Friday, we celebrate 2,190 days of each of you.
