Tore both MCLs this year. Finally running again and after a few weeks of “training” jumped into the NoCo half marathon. No PRs were set - but competing again was amazing. by @shawnarledge

Patagonia!!!! @sully_1598 returns home in 12 days after already spending 65 days off Grid in Patagonia with @nols_patagonia . Sooooooo excited to hear about the adventure. 30 days on the coast sea kayaking. 30 days Mountaineering and starting today an 8 day unguided excursion point to point. These few pics are the only “contact” we’ve received. Mostly base camp or their two resupply stops/camps between excursions. So proud of him!!! Leadership skills for life!! taken in Patagonia, Chile by @shawnarledge

This Guy…Unbelievable Season at Cherry Creek. Fought back from injuries to demolish the CC scoring record on his way to so many other accomplishments. Such a great teammate and was an absolutely amazing year watching him do his thing. Soooo much more ahead for you @cooperarledge 💪🏽💪🏽🔥🔥 by @shawnarledge

STATE CHAMPIONS!!!!
So proud of who YOU are and what you’ve overcome to be in this moment - YOUR moment Sully!!
The win is amazing - watching you go the full length of the field to console the other keeper…well that makes me more proud than you’ll ever know. Great things ahead - today was one win along the way for a man with that character. by @shawnarledge
