What’s up, Mount Vernon! 🥊

I’m starting the COACHES PUT THE GLOVES ON CHALLENGE.

We’re always teaching.
Holding mitts.
Correcting technique.
Pushing our fighters and clients.

But how often do the coaches actually get to throw the gloves on and work? 👀

TAG YOUR BOXING COACH.
Tell them to put the mitts down, lace the gloves up, get some rounds in and POST IT. 😂🥊

Today was a treat getting some work in @shawnjensen131 and it also had me thinking about the coaches and fighters who helped shape my journey.

Big shoutout to the Dole Center and @alrozaybx my first boxing coach back in 2012. Shoutout to @owen_1pb who became a mentor for many years, @purebred_conj for sparring with me and never whipping me out 😂 and letting me learn. @scottieee_234 who hit me with a mean jab and knocked me on my butt.. 😩 lol I gotta get in my rounds in! lol smh 💪🏽 and to the other brothers and fighters who inspired me along the way—including @paulie_thunder00 , whose fights I used to watch and learn from. Shout out to my brother @cartier_q_ who once was my student and now inspires me! @joeblak125 who helped me grow

Now it’s our turn to keep that energy moving forward.

And this isn’t just Mount Vernon or the Bronx.

Yonkers. New Rochelle. Westchester. NYC. Wherever you coach—GET INVOLVED.
