We deeply apologise for the hurt that our LiMiNal banner project call-out has caused.

We are preparing multiple projects that give all fans attending the London concert the opportunity to be involved. On this occasion, we wanted to provide an opportunity for a local fan artist’s work to be highlighted as part of one of the concert projects.

We can see now that we did not provide enough context around this decision, which caused it to come across differently from how we intended. We want to reassure you that everybody is, and has always been, welcome at our events and in our projects.

We’re grateful for your support in helping us create special memories for the artists and fans in the past, and we’re working hard to do the same for LiMiNaL too.

We’re always open to feedback and suggestions. However, we ask that you please be kind and keep in mind that we are fans just like yourselves. Some of the comments made have been extremely hurtful.
We run these fanbases in our personal time out of love for the artists and the fan community. There may be times when we get things wrong, and we’ll learn from it to do better next time.

Upon reflection, we’ve decided to revise the banner project and we’ll update everyone soon.

Thank you to everyone who has already submitted a design. These submissions will still be valid and you do not need to resubmit.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

On the 31st of August, @uktaemates and @shawoluk teamed up to host an event at K-playground in London to celebrate the release of #Phase1_SoftViolence with Shawols and TAEMates 🩵

Thank you to everyone who came to support us and enjoy the new album, you helped us raise important funds for our fan projects for Taemin’s concert in London later this year!

@kplayground.ldn kindly accommodated us for this event and we want to say a huge thanks to the wonderful team in the store and cafe for stocking Taemin’s albums and creating a special menu for the fans - we couldn’t have done it without you! 🙏
