The other day my family said to me:

“Wow Katie, look at you speaking! Where has that confidence come from?”

And honestly… it’s because I’m passionate about authentic, organic social media.

I’m proud of my journey! I’m proactive and ready to support business owners through planning, creating and executing content or doing it for them.

I used to be the quiet one.

Now, give me a room full of business owners and something I’m passionate about teaching… and apparently you can’t shut me up 😂

I don’t think I’ve suddenly become a completely different person.

I think I’ve just found my dream.

And when you care deeply about what you do, confidence has a funny way of following.

So, if you’re waiting to feel “confident enough” to put yourself out there in your business…

Maybe you don’t need more confidence.

Maybe you just need to remember why you started.

I LOVE Canva, and today I got to share that love with 10 lovely ladies! 💚

I had the opportunity to host an in-person, interactive Canva session on behalf of @staffordshirecountycouncil Women in Business, teaching the foundations of Canva and how to create simple, professional-looking graphics for social media.

It was brilliant to see everyone getting stuck in, having a go and asking so many questions. I really appreciate all of their input and, most importantly, the time they took out of their businesses to come along and learn with me.

If you’d like some hands-on support with Canva AND creating your social media content, I’m hosting my own in-person Christmas Content Workshop on 18th November🎄

Everyday is a school day.

🎄What could four focused hours do for your social media this Christmas?

If you’re a service-based business owner, you need the time, knowledge and support to actually get it done.

We’ll start by looking at what’s working across Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, so you understand what you should be doing and why.

Then you’ll put it into practice.
You’ll plan your content for the final two weeks of December, write a minimum of four posts, start creating the visuals to go with them and learn how to get them scheduled, with me moving around the room offering over the shoulder support as you work.

So you’re not leaving thinking “Great, now I need to find the time to do all of that.”

And I’m only opening the room to 10 service-based business owners.

That’s intentional. I want to be able to see what you’re working on, answer your questions and help you make progress, while also giving you the opportunity to connect with the other businesses around the table.

Social media speaker, sound bath and secret agent… what a superb September!

21.09.2026- a date I will never forget!

I spoke about social media with confidence at @wildandwildevents event, held at The Upper House, something I’m so passionate about and was incredibly grateful to do, supporting more business owners with their profiles, content and planning.

Thank you @amphotographylz for capturing these moments so beautifully 📸

And now I’m putting it out there…
