Take it from a stylist who lost her business VERY unexpectedly in a very vulnerable timeā€¦ you have your own back and THATS ITā€¦. Build the residual NOW. Best case scenario you increase your profits without overhead and more hours BTC plus you have a back up plan $$ Your clients will be grateful you went first, that is a given. Stop watching, start building. And if youā€™re not ready to commit to the buiz, at least have a different experience with haircare vs your current hair products. And for the ones who like the details without all the textā€¦ we can do a quick phone meeting, to see if you are aligned with everything this business has to offer. by @shay.smith.__
If youā€™re looking for REAL results in your hair, message me ā€œOILā€ā€¦ (length retention, thickening/ density, damage repair etc) - then check you DM requests immediately for šŸ”— šŸ’ŒšŸŒ± ORā€¦ if you want to start a hair journey with me, click on the hair analysis šŸ”— in bio! If youā€™re watching & still hesitant, get really clear on yourself as to WHY? - No seriously why? Because if this product was on a beauty supplier shelf, you would be forking out your own hard earned šŸ¤‘, with excitement to try it, for you and your clients. There was a time when I spoke some dirt on this product, but I actually didnā€™t know anything about it, just went with what I ā€œherdā€ā€¦ But the moment I seen with my eyes. Someone else go first and get undeniable new growth and results. It eventually clickedā€¦ so I laid my ego, yes itā€™s egoā€¦ on the floor and begrudgingly tried the products. I never looked back. I will say, this isnā€™t your typical salon brand, it scalp health + proteins & moisture balanceā€¦ so you are going to learn a completely new way, to heal your (and others hair). There is in fact a science behind it too btw. But I am not the science type, I am the facts type. And this isnā€™t flammable like the rest, thatā€™s a fact. Youā€™re one product away, from a pivot in your career. Just sayinā€™. Want to know how? Ask! by @shay.smith.__

My DMS are always open, if something resonatesā€¦ letā€™s talk about it šŸ«¶šŸ» by @shay.smith.__
15 years BTC and served lemon after lemon with the brands I was educated to backā€¦. Why was it that no matter what products I tried or recommended to my clients, we all got nowhere?ā€¦ They are all in BED together šŸ‹šŸ‹šŸ‹ Why is this product line giving the salt šŸ§‚? Because itā€™s targeting the hair at the FOLLICLE & ends of hair are PROTEIN- MOISTURE BALANCE focused. Some products have protein others have moisture. Sometimes you need a protein free conditioner and a treatment with protein to add it in, in small increments. (So you donā€™t get overload) 92% experience less shedding European standards- less chemicals Integrity and independently owned. You want REAL results, I just look at my hair as a hairstylist using the top brands vs quitting chemical services and using luxury haircare. Plus you can actually make REAL $$, give your Clients REAL RESULTS and monetize your socials, build a residual income and not have to pay hundreds or thousands in overhead šŸ‘Œ DM ME if you want to get serious about your hair. PS this is me chasing long hair for a decade šŸ¤·šŸ»ā€ā™€ļø by @shay.smith.__
DM- RETENTION for a direct link or a free hair analysis + customized system! It took me 15 years BTC, to find a product that delivers REAL results. Itā€™s the first time I have ever stuck with a product line longer than a bottle or two. The experience I have had: - Less shedding through postpartum - consistent growth/ density/ length retention with an iron imbalance - Less wash days/ greasy hair - healthier/ shinier hair And the best part I am not the only one, many of clients are you a hair journey with meā€¦. If youā€™re using these products, monthly blow dryer tests are a mustā€¦ to track the consistency of your hair progress. A lot of the results are hidden before you can see them with you before & afters. by @shay.smith.__

You opened eyes and 2020 and you know the truth about halloweenā€¦ But your feeling conflicted, you drive by houses covered in darkness, knowing that most much like you once upon a time, others are unaware of what agenda is at playā€¦. You also canā€™t wait for Xmas- which also has its own high jacked agenda btw. You remember a time you couldnā€™t wait until Halloween and now you have little ones of your ownā€¦. Conflictedā€¦. Do I cancel it all together or participate. I am with you, Last year I gave away all of the decorations that no longer resonated with this season of eyes open. My mom grabbed him a thrift costume, I put it on him and followed his leadā€¦. Where I thought there would be fear, there was pure joyā€¦ not only for us/ him but for the people who never get a knock at their door until Halloween. In no way did I have any regrets on taking him out ā€œtreat or treatingā€. I donā€™t buy sugar treats, so once a year isnā€™t gonna hurt šŸ¤·šŸ»ā€ā™€ļø I know the dark agenda, but also believe in the power of light. Fearā€”-/> Joy šŸ’” They donā€™t care what bubble youā€™re in, just as long as they are in your mind.šŸ‘Œ Thoughts šŸ‘‡ by @shay.smith.__
If you have hair troubles, just know you have options. Not your typical chemical cocktail that will coat your hair & suffocate your folliclesā€¦ the kind that treats all 3 layers of the hair & right into the follicle. Drop your hair nemesis in comments, lets see what you gotā€¦ Or straight to my DMS for a free hair analysis, hair journey & a customized routine based on what your hair actually wants. by @shay.smith.__
Sunday was an eventful day while filming some content in the backyardā€¦. First stepdad, now nanny. Neither planned content pieces, just seamlessly came together. ā€œYou remind me of Scarlett Oā€™Hara when they came destroyed all the farm landsā€ā€¦.. I didnā€™t remember this scene, but Iā€™d say sheā€™s right on the money šŸ˜… Esp with the elevation music playing in the BG! by @shay.smith.__
This generation of women are here to break cycles and you wonā€™t change my mindā€¦ But the enemy wants you to feel the squeeze so you will comply to the cycles & the mold. Whatever fear it is that keeps you from taking the leap into building something newā€¦ youā€™re one baby step away from the truth. Hi, I am Shayā€¦ Beauty Salon Drop out, not by choice by force that led to a new direction. 5 months later, with a 5 month old, my hair started falling outā€¦ so I took the baby step into a business that forever changed the perspective, I formerly had on being a mother in business outside of the home. Not only did my hair become more healthy, but I found a way to work with my sons by my side. (The oldest is now 20, doing his own thing but we reclaimed some of our time) If you donā€™t know where to start but you often wonder, how you could reclaim some at home time while making more $$ā€¦. I will mentor you through this process. I started with a decision not experience. Experience comes after the decision. Curious? Letā€™s chat in the DMs. by @shay.smith.__
Wouldnā€™t be the first time something went right over my head šŸ¤·šŸ»ā€ā™€ļø Yes the sander worked great once I got the hang of itā€¦ ā€œno no thatā€™s not what I meantā€ā€¦. Two reels ago is my reference point and I just gotta publicly say thank you to everyone who brought are family so much laughter is the comments section. They did not disappoint. I actually edited a part out to keep the low vibe tribe muted and it worked for 99.9%! by @shay.smith.__
