It’s Shaye Shaye 💅🏼 Most of you will have met our new Head Coach by now, so time for us to tell you a bit more of his story ❤️ We also got the lowdown on his fave BFT session, where you’d find him if he’s not at the gym, and something most people might not know about him 👀

“I’ve always been someone who needed to do something physical (potentially a dopamine addict??). I took the natural route from sport into weight/strength training and now into MMA.

After becoming the youngest ever professional failed athlete, I wanted to attack my insecurities and found my way into weights training, pre-workout and eating chicken & rice 4 x a day. Seeing results and becoming part of a community inspired me to help others on the same path. I started my qualifications and have been developing within the industry since the age of 18.

I froth any program with a BB bench in it 🤤 I’m also coming around to a good XTX or Peak (Hyrox) session!!!

Ironically, when not at the gym, you’d probably anywhere out of the city. I try to spend more time with family and friends now, or I’m spending an ungodly amount of money on an old girl who gives me nothing back.. (my ’95 300zx 💨)

Quick fire:

• I grew up country 🤠
• Chopped the end of my finger off with an axe at age 7 🪓
• Dropped out of high school 🤓
• Undoubtedly believe I would win in a fight against a bear 🐻
• Never seen snow ⛄️
• Love me some white girl hardstyle 🔊”
