I'm so very proud of my Son Gabe Shaffer. January 5, 2018, Gabe graduated Basic Training at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio TX. He is now a United States Airman. Gabe, you have made me prouder than I ever thought possible. You set impressive goals, accomplished each one, and you did this while navigating life-changing obstacles. Son, you came through 2017 with the utmost class, grace, maturity, determination, a distinct but quiet confidence, and the wisdom most Men your age won't know for many years to come. I believe it was this manner by which you chose to live your life and handle your affairs that impressed me the most. You are my Hero Son, and I love you with all my heart!!!! ♥️🇺🇸 by @shayshaffer
