Hey you, you’re making your younger self proud.

I’m blessed & grateful every day I get to wake up and call this my career. My life & passion. Not a hobby, but a business. I have the perfect clients ✨VIBE TRIBE✨ and I care about every detail about my work & quality.

I too get imposter syndrome. I worry the bookings will stop, Instagram will kill creatives, or I will be too much for some. But I think about what I’m showing my daughters. A woman business owner. The little me would be so stoked.

If you feel this way ever - keep going. The little you in there would be super proud. I’m proud of you. You’ve got this. Keep going, I’m always here for you in your corner.

A little overdue for a reintroduction… 🖤

The last time I updated my professional photos was almost four years ago, and it’s kind of crazy how much can change in that amount of time.

More clients. More closings. More experience. More relationships built. And a whole lot of growth — personally and professionally.

I’m coming up on 10 years in real estate, and more than ever, I know who I am as an agent. This business is so much more than houses and contracts. it’s advocating for people, solving problems, navigating the unexpected, and being someone my clients know they can count on.

So, it felt like it was finally time for the photos to catch up. 😉

Imposter syndrome doesn’t go away when you become the leader. It gets louder.

And for women, it has more places to hide.

You’re running the business. You’re running the house. You’re the one who knows the pediatrician’s number, the client’s renewal date, and what’s for dinner.

Then a quiet voice shows up in the middle of a client meeting. “Who are you to be leading this?”

Here’s what I’ve noticed in women leaders, myself included.

We don’t doubt ourselves because we lack proof. We doubt ourselves because we were taught to wait for permission. To be twice as ready before we speak. To earn the seat again every single day.

So we over-prepare. We under-charge. We soften every recommendation with “I think.”

The guy across the table usually just says the thing.

And the balance nobody talks about... we’re carrying two full-time jobs and measuring ourselves against people carrying one.

My rule now. When the voice shows up, I check one thing. Do I have the data? If yes, I say it plainly and let the results argue for me.

The doubt still comes. It just doesn’t get a vote anymore.

Build the table.

Build the table where women are celebrated, challenged, supported, and pushed to become more than they thought they could be.

Real Estate can be so lonely. The industry has an incredibly high failure rate, with many agents leaving within their first few years. I understand why. I’ve experienced the burnout. I’ve experienced the seasons where carrying the weight of a business felt really really heavy.

Community saved my career.

Finding women who understood the highs, the lows, the pressure, the wins, the setbacks, and the constant figuring-it-out reminded me that I was never meant to do this alone.

We’ve intentional built the kind of table we all needed. A table where there’s enough opportunity to go around. Where one woman’s win doesn’t threaten another woman’s success. Where grace is extended when someone gets busy, something is forgotten, someone needs more rest, someone wants MORE. Where we share the lessons, the hard days, the celebrations, and the vision.

I’m not interested in building a team that simply sells real estate.

I’m building a team of women who are becoming better leaders, better business owners, better friends, and better versions of themselves.

And the best part?
I don’t have to build it alone. 💚

Build the table. Then make it big enough for everyone you’re called to bring with you.

Cause real estate 😳, I would never want to do alone.
