#FactsFriday No matter what you do, there will ALWAYS be someone who criticizes you for it or have an opinion. You may as well do what you want to do (as long as you’re not hurting anyone). Only you know what your end goal is and you don’t owe ANYONE an explanation for it. #doyou #doingme #keepgoing #endgoal #goals by @shayyirving

#TBT This is gonna be a transparency post. I was looking at old pics on my computer and came across this one. 10 years ago on my 42nd Bday in February 2015. Looking at this picture you probably would never have known that I had my first and hopefully last panic attack that day. I moved to AZ for a year back then (this pic was a little less than a year by then). I was somewhere I didn’t want to be, working a job I didn’t want to be at that paid pennies and was to date the most stressful job I had ever had. I was the tiniest I had been since my 20s and loved the way I looked. However, it wasn’t a healthy weight loss by far, it was definitely stress induced. I say all this to say that sometimes when you are in the midst of something, you have no idea how you’re going to get through. Well I did. And looking back I am SO proud of the woman and person I’ve become since then. I don’t let the stress of people or things overwhelm me anymore. I know how to handle it in a more effective way so that it doesn’t consume me both physically or mentally. I ultimately thank God for getting me to where I am in my life from then to now. I know that regardless of what I may endure (and trust me, if you know me personally you know what I’ve recently endured with the losses I experienced in my life), I can handle it in a more constructive way that will not allow it to consume me and remind me of the woman I’ve become .👑💪🏽🙌🏽❤️🙏🏽 by @shayyirving
