Be grateful. I'm grateful instead of annoyed or frustrated. The fridge is full, I can't find what I need, [insert complaint here]. Just shift your perspective and intention. I am a grateful person, therefore, I see everything through that lens. Have a great-ful day! by @shdashna
I was on the road today coming back from Yerushalayim Ir HaKodesh, and as someone who's been figuring out my derech recently, I felt a bit more aware as I was traveling. I've been joyously working through @judahmischel 's Ba'derech, and there's so many eye-opening treasures to digest. You know how Hashem sends you little whispers and hugs? Little stop signs and notes? This was His message to me today. The chapter I got up to today: "Torah of the Road." Whoa! Talk about getting real, real fast. This was the message. What a way to put the brakes on. It's hard to be on social media this week. Scrolling and crying all day long. I know I'm not the only one feeling like this. Here's the thing... We NEED to see it and we NEED to feel it. Maybe not over and over and over from everyone who reposts or puts their spin on it, but we do need it. סר לראות We must always turn aside to hear, to see, to feel, and to have shared experiences. Moshe was only the manhig, the leader, because he was a person who empathized and felt the pain along with the others. by @shdashna
האמנתי כי אדבר I believe because I speak. @rabbiefremgoldberg in his Living Emunah shiur (p.s. highly recommend) teaches this. If you speak and live emunah it will build emunah. It's a matter of opening your life. As @yaeltrusch just shared on @hilzfuld podcast -- you only see it if you believe it. Hashem's there and involved in your life. He sees you. He loves you. Do you see Him? by @shdashna
Our unity is our strength, Liri Albag. Our enemies know us better than we know ourselves. When united, when we look above ourselves, when we connect to Hashem we are strong. by @shdashna
When it comes to finding meaning, sometimes we simply need to press pause. Stop. Focus in. Add some kavanah, mindfulness to your moments. Real and reflective. by @shdashna
ה' שומריך. ה' יצילך מיד ימינך.... Let's pray, do kindness, learn, and speak up for ourselves. Make a kiddush Hashem, and do it right. We are an עם נבחר וגוי קדש. That means we are set to a higher bar of expectations. Be there. Meet it. Step up. Pick one thing. Put on a kippah. Say a bracha. Hold the door for someone. Wash netilas yadayim. Pray one thing or one more thing. Say tehillim. Put on tefillin. Notice your modesty. Say thank you for what you have!!! Together we will win. ביחד ננצח! 🇮🇱🇮🇱🇮🇱🇮🇱🇮🇱 by @shdashna
Don't stop praying! Pull out all the stops! This is how we win wars. When you're walking on the way, when you're going to bed, when you awake --- The protector of Israel doesn't sleep! Hashem doesn't take a day off. Each prayer is precious like a diamond. #istandwithisrael #powerofprayer #oct7 #israel #amyisrael #war #tefillah by @shdashna

What?! This is an incredible offer. I've heard amazing stories of people who waited years for children just to get a bracha from a shmitah farmer... BAM children. Mi kamcha yisrael! by @shdashna
