We started the year off right with a good old-fashioned guys night. The love between the homies has to be cultivated just like every other relationship in life, and in 2024 we’re holding each other accountable to get to the next level. Happy New Year! by @sheamoisturemen

Fellas - When was the last time you let the homies in on your goals? You’re 65% more likely to achieve your goal when you share it with someone, so this week call up your people and let them know what you’re plotting on in 2024. We made a party of it, but you don’t need to do all that. It can be as easy as dropping it in the group chat. by @sheamoisturemen

As the new year approaches, we know you’re building out some systems to accomplish your goals. Don’t forget your self-care regimen is just as important as everything else you're crafting for the new year. by @sheamoisturemen

We know love is patient and love is kind, but love also takes some work. Thank you @wattsstix for setting an example for what it takes to love yourself enough to be able to show up in love for someone else! by @sheamoisturemen

Communication is such an underrated love language. How do you make sure you’re speaking to those you love in a way they can receive it?

Thank you @wattsstix and @fee_143 for sharing your love story with us. by @sheamoisturemen

They say smell is the sense most linked with memory. How are you leaving an impression this holiday season? by @sheamoisturemen

Sometimes it can be hard for us to understand quality time as a love language until we have kids. Suddenly every second is precious. We love how @kirkandre stops time to spend these valuable moments with his daughter. by @sheamoisturemen

The love @brandonbarrybrown puts into his craft is evident in his work. The detail and humanity in his paintings really allow the snapshots to tell a story. He is seeing his subjects as they truly are and yet still able to see the king/queen in them that they might not be able to see themselves. Thank you Brandon for sharing your gift with us. by @sheamoisturemen

You never really understand the power of being seen until you take your guard down for long enough to let somebody see you. Then you realize that your vulnerability affords you power and allows them empathy. We are all more human for it, and certainly @brandonbarrybrown for capturing us, as we are, so we can learn to love our truths. by @sheamoisturemen

Here’s a reminder that cooler temperatures can start to change the texture of your beard. Make sure you have a regimen that will keep your beard moisturized and healthy as we head into the winter. by @sheamoisturemen
