Meet Kim, Kelly and Cassandra. These ladies are our amazing apprentices. In the state of Maryland you can go to hair school or work under a senior stylist as an apprentice. Apprenticeships take 2 years and a lot of discipline since you are learning while working full time. #mdhairsalon #apprenticeships #smallbusiness #womenownedbusiness #hairapprentice #haireducation taken in Olney, Maryland by @shear_edu
