This recipe honestly gives an adult spaghettios vibe and I’m so here for it @boostcous ily Ingredients 1 lb cubed boneless chicken thighs 1 diced zucchini 1 diced bell pepper 1 box @boostcous 1 can tomato sauce 2 tbsp tomato paste Olive oil Seasonings of choice Instructions 1. Cook boostcous according to package instructions and set aside. 2. Heat olive oil in a large pan. Add zucchini and bell pepper and cook until they begin to soften. 3. Add chicken and seasonings. Cook until chicken is fully cooked. 4. Stir in tomato sauce and tomato paste. Simmer for a few minutes. 5. Add cooked boostcous and mix everything together. Enjoy! #glutenfree #couscous #dairyfree #glutenfreerecipes by @shecravesgf

THE GLUTEN FREE COMMUNITY IS EVERYTHING 🥹🤍 Seeing everyone come together at the Chicagoland Gluten Free Fall Fest was SO special and such a reminder of how important events like this truly are. There is something so meaningful about being surrounded by people who just get it!! 🥰 This event showed just how much of a need there is for spaces like this in our community. From discovering incredible gluten free businesses to connecting with others who understand life with celiac, it was so special to see everyone show up and support one another 🥹 I am so beyond grateful to the hosts, vendors, and everyone who helped bring this event to life. The gluten free community deserves this and SO much more!!! #glutenfree #celiac #celiacawareness #chicagoland by @shecravesgf

An ARMY. We came and we conquered. Still not over this INCREDIBLE event hosted by @holcombhollow, @impossibly_glutenfree, and @crunchyculturechi !!! They gave us exactly what we’ve been needing - a space where we can eat freely, connect with others who understand, and enjoy being apart of a community that just gets it 🤌🏻 UNTIL THE NEXT ONE 🤞🏻 (because clearly we need it) #glutenfree #celiac #celiacawareness #glutenfreecommunity by @shecravesgf
