Things I’ve been loving daily:
1. Red light shower head from @higherdose and hair washes every other day
2. @sisleyparisofficial hair oil for shine and smoothness
3. @perelelhealth cellular hydration has helped so much with my milk supply
4. Nonnegotiable morning sunlight 🌞
5. My oatmeal recipe (it’s soooooo good)
6. @kosas 💛
