One of my greater accomplishments: bringing Lizzie Welborn and Harriet Brown @kamanacommunity to Santa Cruz. Their workshops on menstrual health, nutrition and body confidence for female athletes were amazing. Delightful conversation, paddle workshop, and reaching over 70 Santa Cruz athletes = a great week. Big thank you to the local sponsors that made this possible. by @sheenalogo

Dad’s face says it all. First place at the USA Olympic Development National Championships, winning the Nick Johnson Inspiration Award and making National Team Selection Camp made this the most rewarding weekend of polo parenting ever. Proud of this kid even if she is cranky maniac about school this week. by @sheenalogo
