To my new gym girls who want to see results 2026!!
LEARN YOUR BODY and LISTEN TO IT!!!
Know when to rest, learn when it’s time pick up the heavy stuff or even drop the weight.
Knowing what to eat and when to do cardio for proper results is key 🔑

Protein = growth, strength, and health 💪✨
It builds muscles, repairs the body, supports immunity, and keeps you energized.
Fuel your body with good protein!

Fiber = happy gut & better health 🌿✨
Helps digestion, keeps you full, supports heart health, and balances blood sugar.
Eat your fruits, veggies & whole grains

Healthy carbs = energy done right ⚡🌾
They fuel your brain & body, support digestion, and keep energy steady.
Choose whole grains, fruits & veggies by @shefit.dar

125 ➡️ 145
Gained weight, gained strength, gained confidence.
This is what healthy looks like for me

I promise I am not done yet 🫡

How’d I do it?

🥦 Eating the right things!!
- focused on protein, fiber, healthy carbs and fats such as whole grains, oats, brown rice, potatoes, avocados, etc.

🏋🏽‍♀️Strength training 4-5times a week
- targeting each muscle group at least twice a week splitting my workouts with push/pull training

😴 RECOVERY!!!
- YOUR MUSCLES GROW WHILE YOU REST!!! stretch and get enough sleep!!!

🧠 being patient and consistent
- This takes time and effort NOTHING happens over night
