If I were to choose, lean or enjoying my life while staying healthy and happy. I’d pick to be happy. I’ve learned, you only live once.

In the start of my fitness journey when I started this account, I didn’t really know what to do or what to eat. I had a goal and all I wanted was to be skinny.

I was eating 1200 cals a day and eating little to no carbs. 100-80g a day. There were days I would stay at home my bed for a week just sleeping because I felt I needed to. I wouldn’t go to the gym because I had absolutely no energy, I was basically starving myself.

Now, I wouldn’t choose to live that way again. I was unhappy, starving myself, and moody. Food is fuel and to make progress in the gym you got to eat and enjoy a balanced lifestyle. You only live once so don’t take the life you have for granted or trying to achieve an unrealistic goal.
