Today, we took on the MSWA Stair Climb Challenge — 55 floors and 1,103 steps together! 💙💪

A huge thank you to my amazing teammates Michael, Ash, Nat & Jon for your support, encouragement and determination every step of the way. This challenge was about so much more than reaching the top; it was about raising awareness, standing together and supporting everyone affected by Multiple Sclerosis.

I’m so grateful to be able to take on this challenge, and I don’t take a single step for granted.

Multiple Sclerosis, you may be part of my story, but you will never define me. I’m stronger than you, and I’m going to keep showing up, keep pushing forward and keep crushing every challenge you put in my way.

👋Goodbye 2025 — You challenged me, stretched me, and sharpened me in ways I didn’t see coming. I learned to protect my peace, and showed up on the days I didn’t feel ready, but I found a stronger version of myself. Now I say hello 2026 🙌🏽I’m stepping into you with clarity, gratitude, discipline and intention. I’m ready for aligned people, aligned opportunities, and rooms that match my energy.
New year, same mission: grow deeper, get stronger, and create a life that feels like it fits me. The best chapters aren’t behind me they’re ahead.🫶🏽To my beautiful family and friends your support, love, and belief in me carried me through every high and every heavy moment. I see you, I feel you, and I’m grateful. by @sheilapillay

The COMP… with my wing girl @misspoppasmurf we finished “The Gauntlet”and honestly, I’m so proud. Every rep, every round, every moment pushed me a little further than before. Grateful for the chance to show up, test myself and get stronger in every way. Here’s to the grind, the growth, and the version of me that keeps leveling up. Thank you @itsdavid.james the judge for the constant push and energy each time! 🫶🏽 @cxp.method @amberwilliss 🥰📸 @natalieisho 😍 taken in CXP Method by @sheilapillay
