What an exceptional time at The Lodging Conference 2025 in Phoenix at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge!

This annual gathering continues to prove why it’s the premier event in hospitality — bringing together hotel owners, operators, developers, investors, and thought-leaders under one roof to tackle real challenges, share strategies, and form partnerships. To the organizers, speakers, sponsors, and every attendee who made this possible — thank you for the vision, energy, and community you brought. Being part of this ecosystem is inspiring and accelerates what we can do in hospitality. A huge thank you to Harry, Brent, and everyone who hosted and organized such an inspiring and well-run conference. The energy, collaboration, and sense of community were unmatched.

Already looking forward to next year!

Wrapping up an incredible week at the Hilton Owners Conference in Las Vegas. ✨

The presentations were great, but the people were even better. I had the pleasure of meeting so many inspiring leaders, hotel owners, and new friends along the way.

Thank you for the conversations, the laughs, and the connections. Leaving Vegas feeling inspired, grateful, and excited for what’s ahead. 🤍

Last night our Best Western district team had the pleasure of hosting our corporate dinner at Urban Fraiche Restaurant, and it was truly exceptional.

Every dish reflected Chef and Owner Dean Waziry’s commitment to organic, chemical-free, thoughtfully sourced ingredients. The food was vibrant, clean, and intentionally prepared — you could taste the care in every bite.

What made the evening even more meaningful was hearing Dean share his story. His journey, passion for wellness, and dedication to creating a healthier dining experience were incredibly compelling. His humility and genuine hospitality made our entire group feel personally welcomed🫶♥️🥂😍#urbanfraicherestaurant #bestwesternhotels taken in Urban Fraiche Restaurant by @sheilspatel
