2026.Life's been lifeing this past month.A flu that kicked my a**.A Christmas and New Year's that blessed me.Work that's amazing and slowly slowly getting balanced out.A renewed joi de vivre is creeping in, the morning giggles and smile of future.One of the most impactful shifts and learnings if 2025 was for me Acceptance of the present and TRUST. Really acknowledge where I am and how I have arrived here, KNOWING whatever season - IT IS MAKING ME MORE.More powerful. Clear. Strong. Loving. Deep. More ME.So here's my message.Remember to trust.In yourself. In that you got this. This past month has been... Warm. Comforting. Filled with rest, recouperation. Self reflection.Today marks day one of me actually feeling out on the other side. A smooth transition, my body guiding the way. My heart choosing to walk with my mind in a different direction, leaving and releasing the doubt, fear, worry, angst, that has been and could have been filling me up.A good friend of mine said Why complain or worry? It always works out anyway, and there's sooo much goodness right here. Today is what i have. People are starting to wake up and step into their dignity, their boundaries and be clear with what's ok and not.Amazing - I love seeing and hearing the pendulum swinging from blaming and shaming and victimhood to clarity, loving boundaries and invitations.And I'm seeing a lot of spiritual bypassing and refusal of taking accountability in these conversations - it's always always going to be easier to point the finger at others rather than looking in the mirror and owning one's own part.And I believe it's time. We are ready.The relationships are ready.Here's my 2 cents on the difference between my sh*t and your sh*t.Taking full accountability for my side, my part, asking curios questions, and actually - admit a f*ck up, when we do. In Swedish we call it "reveal the throat". Show everything. Be completely bare, open, transparent. Vulnerable.This is what i treasure in life. by @sheismalin
