Doom scrolling? Stop. ✋

Here’s what’s actually worth your time this week 📂

Maybe you should try:
• AnAudiobook,
• Short film on YT,
•A food history video or something to boost your creative process
•Support a Caribbean reality TV
• or try reading something on Substack that hit too close to home.

Swipe for all of it ➡️

Save this for later and drop your favorite from this week in the comments 👇🏾 by @sheklynnn

Camera roll catch-up 📸✨

Lately has been full: speaking at @Republicwknd , quick beach breaks between shoots at @whitesandsnegril , fresh pink set from @tutsiesalonbarb, and lashes + brows on point thanks to @faceframerja .

Add Sunday dim sum, a lunchtime burger from @shawarmashackja, and King Louis being the sweetest boy ever 🥹

And the big one: The Influence Playbook premieres TONIGHT! 12 players go off-grid for a chance at $1.5M in cash and contracts. Streaming now on The Influence Jamaica YouTube 🎬 @theinfluenceja

Meet @sheklynnn ✨

Representing Westmoreland and bringing her own energy into The Influence Playbook. 🎬🔥

When she’s not creating, she could see herself travelling the world as a flight attendant and when she’s off duty, you’ll probably find her deep in some anime. 👀😂

Now it’s time to see how she handles the competition.

breakfast the American way, and yes — always add jalapeños 🌶️ → @eggsandja

breakfast with a VIEW. ackee & callaloo omelette or the conch burger — you’re winning either way 🌊 → @xtabiresort

brunch on the cliffs done right. that marlin sandwich and iced coffee combo? unmatched ☕️ → @rockhousehotel

smoked calamari + beach club energy. this is your lunch sign 🦑 → @skylarknegril

that’s a wrap on summer eats. which plate are you trying first? 👇 comment + save for later taken in Jamaica by @sheklynnn
