POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

🌸Veronica, Shelby, Tamara, and myself, Monique, are more than excited to hold an intimate circle for 8 women, with some already committed to joining us.

🌸Each one of us has walked our own path of transformation. We have sat in the spaces of growth, healing, and deep self-reflection so that we can now hold that same space for you.

🌸We understand what it feels like to want to be supported, heard, and truly seen because we’ve all been there ourselves.

🌸None of us are perfect, and this retreat isn’t about perfection.
It’s about coming alive again, reconnecting with yourself, and allowing the space to grow, heal, and rise alongside other women walking a similar path.

🌸 This circle was created with love, intention, and the belief that when women come together, something powerful happens.

🌸 And we would be honored to hold that space for you. Comment "RISE" for more info or click the link in my bio.

🌸Be BLESSED🙏

I used to think working had to look a certain way.

I would say I was going to sit down and work on my healing practice Monday. Every Monday would roll around, and I would sit down and not be able to concentrate. I’d get distracted or feel unmotivated.

If I didn’t get something done that I had set as my goal, I would be really hard on myself and loop back into all the things I SHOULD have done.

Recently, I was meditating and taking a shower, and my higher self came in to explain to me the best method for me to create.

She called it my routine for creation.

I am to follow a specific routine that gets me into the frequency that best amplifies my ability to create.

If I am ever feeling unmotivated or scattered when sitting down to create, I can move through these steps to get back into alignment.

Now I realize how work can look like sitting in my bed with a journal and a tasty drink.

Goodbye old beliefs of desks and hunkering down…

Hello freedom, fun, and creation through flow. ✨

Everyone has a particular routine they can follow to move themselves into alignment for creation.

Take a moment…

Take a breath…

Close your eyes…

Ask…

What is my routine for creation?

Listen.

It may be simple.
It may be specific.

Mine is:

Sit
Set intention
Meditation
Shower
Sing
Grab journal
Make tasty drink 🍹 ✨

Stopped by the sweetest little local coffee pop-up today and had to share because… Issa Vibe Coffee is truly a vibe. 💜✨

Located on the corner of Riverside Dr. & East End Ave. in Chino, tucked behind Joey’s BBQ, this small business is currently popping up and will soon have a permanent spot!

I tried the Violet Femme Matcha the Ube Matcha, SO FUN , beautiful, and delicious. If you love unique drinks and supporting local small businesses, go show Marissa some love.

She’s there Friday, Saturday, and Sunday — so grab your coffee, your matcha, your little treat-yourself moment, and support local. 💜

Welcoming a new McGhee to the Family @faith.m.mcghee @gaven.david.mcghee by @shelbynlebron

This past Saturday, I spent my evening in sisterhood.

I experienced my first Temazcal — a traditional Mesoamerican sweat lodge ceremony used for purification, prayer, release, and rebirth.

I sat beside beautiful women as we released old stories, honored what was ready to be let go, and called in new beginnings with the support of our ancestors, higher selves, and guides.

Lumina @soulhealing.energy guided us through this beautiful ceremony with so much care and reverence. She held such a grounded, sacred space for us. Her kindness, wisdom, and deep respect for the ceremony made the experience feel even more powerful.

I also experienced Hapé for the first time with Lumina’s guidance. I felt fear come up at first, but underneath that fear, I knew it was time to take another step forward.

A special thank you to Krystal @iamkrystal333 for bringing this beautiful experience together, and to all of the women who showed up so openly, vulnerably, and courageously to do the work.

It was a night I will remember for the rest of my life.

Grateful for the release.
Grateful for the remembrance.
Grateful for the sisterhood.
Grateful for the new beginning. by @shelbynlebron
