Spicy take for working moms and mom creators: complaining is allowed. 🌶️ Complaining again and again and changing nothing? That doesn’t help.

We all get good months and bad months, and venting is human. I’m not saying don’t complain. I’m saying some of us stay stuck in the loop: complain, change nothing, repeat.

I work full-time from home, I make UGC, and I have toddlers. I could never do it without daycare and a village. And I could never be a stay-at-home mom. That’s just me, and it’s not a dig at anyone, because that’s a real job and a real choice.

When someone says “I might have to start working again,” honestly, that’s normal. Tons of us work. I’m not trying to be rude, that’s just my take.

Ask for help. Pick one hour. Change one small thing.

Today is Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day. 🤍

In 2019, I had a missed miscarriage. It was sad and traumatic and awful, and I was so naive. I never thought it could happen to me.
I don’t know how to say this the right way, but I don’t think I’d have my little boys if I hadn’t gone through it. That doesn’t take the hurt away but just my thoughts.

Not me having to remind MYSELF to get my protein in 😂💀

Traveling is all fun and games until it’s 4 PM and you realize you’ve been running around all day and forgot to eat LOL.

At least I remembered to pack my @vitateinwellness protein gummies!! 24g of protein + 5g of fiber per serving, without having to pack a whole protein shake situation.

Now if only the responsible version of me could remind me to eat an actual lunch too 😂

Same me. Blonde hair. Curls. 😂

Got my hair colored Monday for the first time in 10 months, and got it curled at the Dry Bar yesterday. Threw on a cute outfit, did my makeup, and suddenly everybody’s hyping me up.

And I’m over here like... I’m still the same me. It just makes me laugh.
