‼️‼️‼️ OPEN HOUSE TODAY 4-6 ‼️‼️‼️

Lake views, room to spread out, and a backyard you’ll want to come home to. 🏡

📍 6400 Gladstone Drive | Shawnee
Enchanted Lake Estates

This lakefront home sits on 1.12 acres on a private cul-de-sac lot with 5 bedrooms, 4½ bathrooms, and a 3-car garage.

A few things I love:
✨ An absolutely stunning remodeled primary bathroom with heated floors
✨ Remodeled lower level with space for entertaining, a workspace, and an additional room
✨ A patio with a fountain and beautiful lake views
✨ Landscaped yard, irrigation system, and metal fence

You’ll have that tucked-away feeling while still being close to schools, shopping, and I-70, I-435, and K-7.

Want to take a look? Send me a message to schedule your private showing or come to our Open House today from 4-6 PM!

Happy first day of fall! 🍂

There’s something special about this season in Kansas: porch conversations, walks with the dog, and coming home to a cozy place after a full day.

Whether you’re ready for pumpkin everything or holding on to the last bit of summer, I hope this season brings you time with the people and pups you love. 🧡🐾

What’s one fall tradition you look forward to every year?
