How do you explain to someone how perfect God’s peace is?

“But the Lord said to her, “My dear Martha, you are worried and upset over all these details! There is only one thing worth being concerned about. Mary has discovered it, and it will not be taken away from her.””

Here are some reminders:

- His plans are and have been perfect since the beginning of time.
- His love is sufficient, and He has loved us even while we were still sinners.
- Jesus brings new life, and by His stripes we are made clean and healed.

Encouragement of the day:
God sees you.

I hope you remember this in the days when you can only see the clouds hovering above you, feeling a sense of blockage in your perspective. In those moments, I encourage you to trust in God’s plans for the things that remain unseen to you. As humans, we are often short-sighted and limited by our current perceptions. However, God is all-knowing in His plans for your life. Seek His guidance and find peace in Him amidst your circumstances.

I remember gazing at this vast expanse of white and nothingness was both overwhelming and magnificent. We witness exactly what we need to take the next step forward.

“That is what the Scriptures mean when they say, “No eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no mind has imagined what God has prepared for those who love him.””

The beginning of the year was bumpy and the end of the year was bumpy but the in between taught many lessons.

This year I’ve had to slow down and grow in patience.
Yet I’ve also had to grown in action and momentum.
I’ve learned to surrender and let go.
But I’ve also learnt to take action and not stay stagnant.
There’s moments I didn’t understand and wished nothing but for a clear loud voice directing me.
While there’s other times I knew what to do yet didn’t.
There’s been moments of disappointment.
There’s been moments of blessings.
The speed picked up and then slowed down again.
There was moments of loss and grief.
There was moments of fresh beginnings and the re-arrival of light from each sunrise.
New faces walked into my life, and many remained.
Community kept me going when I couldn’t.
Truth spoken when fear tried to overshadow joy.
Passions pursued, while some redirected.

There’s a continuous walk of discovery and learning. So many seasons packed into a year yet the beloved, almighty and faithful Father has walked through it all with me.

Thank you God for your peace and strength this year. New life looks and feels so different yet projects me into this new appreciation for life and existence.

Oh how beautiful it is to see others smile.
Oh how beautiful it is to see the sun rise.
Oh how beautiful it is to reconnect with old friends.
Oh how beautiful it is to run through the wind.
Oh how beautiful it is to be made new.
Oh how beautiful it is to be gathered around our friends and family.

NYC flicks. trust that even the things you believe are irrelevant or useless in your situation are used for something greater. Anything can be used to reveal and open your eyes to new understandings. “And we have received God’s Spirit (not the world’s spirit), so we can know the wonderful things God has freely given us. When we tell you these things, we do not use words that come from human wisdom. Instead, we speak words given to us by the Spirit, using the Spirit’s words to explain spiritual truths.”
