Belated @groovewellvacation appreciation post!!!!!
I taught SUP yoga on a pond, fell in love with my friends, danced with no inhibitions, laughed til I snorted, cried tears of joy, challenged myself and was humbled, and co created a magical community of love, acceptance and fun. So so grateful!!!!!!!!!! ✨

Yesterday, I saw this incredible sight of a rushing waterfall with a double (!!) rainbow. The rush of water was so incredibly powerful, strong, intense and yet so freaking calming at the same time. It’s funny how you can find so much balance, peace, and presence in the midst of such immense power.

When we find our own light, tap into the truest form of self, and find balance within ourselves, we can use that intense powerful energy to connect with the light and power in others, and find peace in our communities and the greater world.

I stood looking at these waterfalls with tears pouring down my face, amazed by its power and imagining a future of peace: in the city I live in, in my homeland, in the homeland of my parents, in the homeland of my partner, and in the world at large. My heart was filled with gratitude and love, and it was aching and breaking at the same time. I felt so much powerful loving energy and tried with all my might to channel it to the places and the people that need it most.

I love you. I am grateful. I am humbled. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you, Earth.

- in Eastern Sierras 🏔️
- dispersed camping 🏕️
- hot spring hopping 💦
- hiking in freezing rain 🌨️
- watching the sun rise, sun set, and moon rise in one day 🌞🌚
